Our temple is a spiritual oasis, a meeting place for like-minded people and a place where we can serve Krishna. With your membership fee you help to maintain our Krishna Temple Zurich.
Financial stability is the basis for keeping the temple open for everyone. The Krishna Gemeinschaft Schweiz (KGS) association is committed to ensure that the Krishna Temple Zurich is carefree for the future. The diverse spiritual and cultural offers that the KGS would like to maintain include:
the worship of Sri Sri Gaura Nitai and Sri Sri Jagannath, Baladeva and Subhadra
the weekly Sunday festival and all the festivities of the Gaudiya Vaishnavas
the studies of Shastras through lectures, seminars and the three-month Bhakti-Yoga training in the Temple
the association with other vaishnavas, sannyasis and spiritual teachers
the spreading of Krishna conciousness through the congregational chanting of the Holy Names
maintainance of the temple buidling as well as the necessary renovations
our benevolent care for those devotees, who are full time engaged in the service of the temple and the congregation and carry out the daily services
